Groupe FMJ is the company behind FMJ Construction. Jandir Fernandes, Michaël Evora, and Sofiane Jemili are the founders. Their backgrounds and respective experiences are proof of their knowledge and know-how in entrepreneurship and construction.

 

In 2019, Jandir Fernandes begins the construction of the family's second home in Cape Verde, his native country, where he embodies the role of project manager thanks to his experience of more than 10 years as the head of a construction and renovation company in France. It was during his second trip in 2020 that he found the location of the "Maderalzinho" project and then convinced Michaël and Sofiane to join him in this real estate development in Cape Verde.

Sofiane and Jandir met at high school. They subsequently became partners and associates of several companies, managing between them dozens of employees in administrative management as well as building construction and home automation. Sofiane Jemili is already a player in the real estate market in his country of origin Tunisia. Particularly sensitive to environmental issues, such as pollution and the greenhouse effect, he takes these subjects to heart and tries to integrate them as well as possible into his real estate projects. Having discovered Cape Verde, its history, and the richness of its culture with Jandir and Michaël, he is proud to be able to share his expertise there and bring a positive impact alongside them.

Michaël, for his part, does not allow himself to be locked into a field of activity. He manages several successful companies in a wide variety of fields ranging from the automobile, the music industry and building construction in France, Portugal and Cape Verde. He now wishes to leave an indelible mark in the country where his parents are from and to which he is particularly attached by joining Jandir and Sofiane within the FMJ group for the promotion and construction of real estate in the Cape Verde Islands.
